Protecting Student Privacy While Using Online Educational Services

Online privacy and security is important. FINAO is currently compliant with all of the rules and guidelines designed to protect individual's online experiences including Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  Additionally, FINAO maintains a periodic review process to ensure continued improvement of all of its security and safety practices.
