The successful candidate for this role will have some experiences as a teacher and be a proven leader in the areas of behavioral learning and social-emotional learning.   The Director of Educator Operations is responsible for further enabling student and educator efficiency in the pursuit of College, Career, and Life Readiness.  Building initiatives and programs to support school climate, culture, and activities is a key responsibility.  The Director Of Educator Operations will also lead the Customer Services operations for all aspects of the Education segment.  This role will lead the FINAO Educator and the FINAO Student Advisory Boards.  This role will manage the the creation and delivery of additional resources as required by schools.

Brand Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Brand/Marketing Strategist who is passionate about establishing and defining a brand voice, who enjoys uncovering consumer insights and who thrives on delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will generate effective marketing strategies and continually refine our brand voice to grow FINAO's market share, establish our brand reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth. You will play a pivotal role in helping shape and define the brands revenue generating business model by translating our vast offerings into creative, concise and effective client pitches and content strategies for cross-platform activities. You will report directly to the Executive Vice President and will collaborate across the organization with product development, marketing and UX. RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Ensure brand messaging and position across various platforms (web, print, app) is consistent, concise & effective.

  • Create pitch decks/assets which translate our offerings into compelling marketing strategies & collateral.

  • Analyze how the FINAO brand is currently positioned in the market and identify opportunities to adjust messaging to reach target customers by extrapolating from consumer's insights & opportunities.

  • Develop, define and finesse the brand voice, positioning and message for go-to-market strategies.

  • Generate new business pipelines and build relationships with target customers.

  • Forecast, plan, and identify opportunities for proactive selling.

  • Fully develop marketing and content plans & strategies to execute to brand voice, positioning and message.

  • Lead the creative process of content and messaging ideation and development. Partner with design teams to develop and create motivating collateral to get targeted audience to “take action”.

  • Work effectively cross-functionally, building relationships with various internal and external teams .

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

  • Collaborate on marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years as a brand strategist.

  • Proven successful working experience as brand strategist.

  • Drive for delivering results and unparalleled leaderships skills.

  • Highly creative mindset with ability to think out of box.

  • Deep expertise of brand marketing, content marketing and digital media.

Graphic Designer II

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer who loves creating things that excite people. This role will lead in delivering illustrations that exceed customer expectations in the conveying of their mission and our brand. This will be a faced paced environment where the line is blurred between hard work and fun! This is a role that truly makes a difference in our product marketing strategies and successes. The application of your skills will cover everything from product design elements to customer marketing strategies and campaigns. You will report directly to a company executive and will collaborate across the organization with product development, marketing and UX. You will make an impact on the FINAO brand and mindset!

This role is for a creative, passionate, flexible versatile visual designer. Can-do attitude a must, but experience helps.

Experience with UX / Web and app design is highly preferred.

Experience with collateral and apparel branding experience a plus.

Communication

  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.

  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback.

  • Liaising effectively with partners and other team members.

  • Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.

Design

  • Develop brand illustrations, marketing collateral, websites, and product packaging.

  • Assist in creating branding, sales and marketing collateral for clients in a range of markets – this could include corporate brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands, digital advertisements, and apparel.

  • Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values of each client.

  • Preparing and editing files for pre-flight prep as well as editing adjustments post presentations and feedback.

  • Help to produce internal sales and marketing material to promote the the company and delight customers.

  • Minor copy-writing for brand strategy, curated content preparation, and development.

  • Lead design presentations with clients.

Plus a lot of miscellaneous activity. Donning of multiple hats is the norm, so a breadth of experience helps.

Technical Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The very important role of technical program manager will be responsible for technical projects of all types through every stage of development, from idea to design to completion. This role will have extensive engagement with customers and will lead teams of project developers and designers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop New Products: Lead in the scoping and documenting requirements for new products and features to enhance customer satisfaction and meet customer needs.

Lead Design Teams: Lead hardware and software design teams to implement new programs that will create products, applications, and other projects to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Manage Program Progress: Keep projects on schedule and within budget. This includes managing trade-offs, delegating more staff to work on programs, and performing other tasks to maintain project parameters.

Track Technical Issues: Track technical issues and find solutions for program problems as they arise.

Review Code: Test products to ensure customer and business requirements are being met.

Skills and Qualifications

The person in this role is a highly detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and knows how to turn ideas into products. We’re looking for a technical program manager who displays the following essential skills:

  • Personnel management – Strong leadership and management skills are essential

  • Organization skills – Ability to manage multiple facets of a large-scale project and track progress for several programs at once
