WASSP Meeting October 29, 2017

FINAO was on the agenda of the October WASSP Board Meeting.  FINAO presented, and had open discussion regarding a Systems Approach to enabling academic achievement, via culture and climate.  The key theme revolved around the need to embrace the systems thinking style of millennials and their wonderful tendencies to think is a systems fashion, all while needing to be themselves on their own terms.  And there was discussion regarding the underlying imperative to create safe environments where students can be allowed to lead! :-)
